การใช้คะแนนแลกคูปองและการรับสินค้าของสมาชิก

1. สมาชิกต้องลงทะเบียนผ่านแอปพลิเคชันของร้าน Giftory
   (สามารถสมัครสมาชิกได้ทุกสาขา ยกเว้นสาขากาดธานินทร์) ได้แก่
   
   

   • สาขามอ.ชอ (หลังมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ประตูเกษตร)
     
     

   • สาขาแยกแอร์พอร์ต
     
     

   • สาขาประตูเชียงใหม่
     
     

   • สาขามินิมอล (หลังมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ประตูวิศวะ)
     
     

2. สมาชิกต้องดาวน์โหลดแอปพลิเคชันลงในโทรศัพท์มือถือ
   และทำการเชื่อมต่อกับระบบของทางร้านโดยพนักงานที่สาขา
   
   

3. การกดรับคูปองต้องดำเนินการผ่านแอปพลิเคชันเท่านั้น
   โดยใช้คะแนนสะสมแลก (คูปอง 1 สิทธิ์ ต่อ 1 ใบ)
   
   

4. คูปองมีอายุการใช้งาน 30 วัน นับจากวันที่กดรับคูปอง
   
   

5. การแลกของรางวัลหรือการใช้งานคูปอง
   สามารถใช้ได้เฉพาะสาขาที่ระบุไว้ในคูปองเท่านั้น
   
   

หมายเหตุ

• คะแนนสะสม (Point) ไม่มีวันหมดอายุ
  
  

• สมาชิกสามารถกดรับคูปองผ่านแอปพลิเคชันได้ด้วยตนเอง
  โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องกดต่อหน้าพนักงานหรือที่สาขา
  
  

• กรณีของรางวัลในสาขาที่เลือกหมด พนักงานจะตรวจสอบจำนวนสินค้าในระบบ (iStock)
  และดำเนินการโอนสินค้าจากสาขาอื่นให้ โดยสมาชิกสามารถมารับสินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วันถัดไป
  
  

• สมาชิกที่ลงทะเบียนผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน Giftory สามารถใช้สิทธิ์ได้ทุกสาขา
  (ยกเว้นสาขากาดธานินทร์)
  
  

การสมัครสมาชิกและการต่ออายุสมาชิก

1. การสมัครสมาชิก ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย
   โดยสมาชิกต้องทำการรีวิวร้านผ่าน Google Map ตามเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทกำหนด
   ทั้งนี้ สิทธิ์ดังกล่าวใช้ได้ภายในปี พ.ศ. 2569 เท่านั้น
   
   

2. ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2570 เป็นต้นไป การสมัครสมาชิกจะมีค่าธรรมเนียม
   99 บาท ต่อปี ตามเงื่อนไขของบริษัท
   
   

3. การต่ออายุสมาชิกมี 2 รูปแบบ ดังนี้
   
   

   • กรณีสมาชิกสะสมคะแนนครบ 600 คะแนนขึ้นไป
     ระบบจะทำการต่ออายุสมาชิกให้โดยอัตโนมัติ โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย
     
     

   • กรณีชำระค่าธรรมเนียมสมาชิก 99 บาท ต่อปี
     สามารถดำเนินการได้ที่สาขา ภายในระยะเวลา 15–30 วันก่อนวันหมดอายุสมาชิก
     
     

Coupon Redemption and Reward Collection for Members

1. Members must register through the store’s application, Giftory.
   (Registration is available at all branches except Kad Thanin Branch), including:
   
   

   • Mor Chor Branch (Behind Chiang Mai University – Agriculture Gate)
     
     

   • Airport Intersection Branch
     
     

   • Chiang Mai Gate Branch
     
     

   • Minimal Branch (Behind Chiang Mai University – Engineering Gate)
     
     

2. Members are required to download the application on their mobile phone
   and connect it to the store system with assistance from branch staff.
   
   

3. Coupons can be redeemed using accumulated points through the application only.
   (1 coupon per 1 entitlement)
   
   

4. Each coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of redemption.
   
   

5. Rewards or coupons can be redeemed only at the branch specified on the coupon.
   
   

Remarks

• Accumulated points do not expire.
  
  

• Members may redeem coupons via the application at any time;
  redemption does not need to be completed in front of staff or at the branch.
  
  

• If a reward is out of stock at the selected branch, staff will check availability in the system (iStock)
  and arrange a transfer from another branch. Members may collect the reward within 7 days thereafter.
  
  

• Members registered through the Giftory application may use their benefits at all branches
  (except Kad Thanin Branch).
  
  

Membership Registration and Renewal

1. Membership Registration
   Membership registration is free of charge when members complete a Google Map review
   in accordance with the company’s terms and conditions.
   This promotion is valid until the end of year 2026 only.
   
   

2. From year 2027 onwards, membership registration will be subject to a fee of
   99 THB per year, in accordance with company policy.
   
   

3. Membership Renewal
   Membership renewal is available in two formats:
   
   

   • Members who accumulate 600 points or more will receive an automatic free renewal.
     
     

   • Members may renew by paying an annual membership fee of 99 THB at any branch
     within 15–30 days prior to the membership expiration date.

1. 会员须通过本店应用程序 Giftory 进行注册。
   （可在所有分店注册，Kad Thanin 分店除外），包括：

备注

• 积分（Point）无有效期限。

• 若指定分店奖品缺货，工作人员将通过系统（iStock）查询库存，
  并从其他分店调货，会员可于 7 天内 前往领取。
  
  

• 通过 Giftory 应用程序注册的会员
  可在所有分店使用权益（Kad Thanin 分店除外）。
  
  

会员注册与续费说明

1. 会员注册
   在符合公司规定的条件下，
   通过为本店进行 Google Map 评价可 免费注册会员。
   该优惠仅限 至 2026 年底。
   
   

2. 自 2027 年起，会员注册将收取年费，
   费用为 99 泰铢 / 年，具体以公司规定为准。
   
   

3. 会员续费方式
   会员续费方式分为以下两种：
   
   

   • 累积积分满 600 分或以上，系统将 自动免费续费。
     
     

   • 会员亦可于会员到期前 15–30 天内
     前往任一分店支付 99 泰铢 / 年 进行续费。
